(d) Document Management: Store and organize important project documents, such as contracts, invoices, and permits. (e) Artisan and Professional Network: Find qualified artisans and professionals for your project.

Loan Services

We offer asset loans and layaway options to help you finance your building project. (a) Asset Loans: Apply for an asset loan to purchase building materials through our platform. (b) Layaway: Save for your building project by making regular payments into a layaway account.

Loan Application Process

To apply for a loan, you will need to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to: (a) Personal identification (b) Financial information (c) Employment details (d) Loan amount and term (e) Asset choice (if applicable) Your loan application will be reviewed by our bank partners, and you will be notified of their decision.

Loan Terms and Conditions

If your loan application is approved, you will be subject to the specific terms and conditions of the loan agreement with the lending bank. These terms may include interest rates, repayment schedules, fees, and other terms.

Asset Purchase and Delivery

(a) Asset Selection: We offer a variety of building materials for your project, based on the BOQ. (b) Pricing: Our platform provides real-time pricing for building materials. (c) Purchase Process: We will facilitate the purchase of building materials and arrange for their delivery. (d) Delivery: We will coordinate with the vendor to deliver the materials to your project site.
