Find & Chat with Artisans

1. Navigate to the "Find Artisan" section from the Home Access menu to locate artisans from the construction industry.
2. You'll see a page displaying a list of artisans, along with filtering options by region, locality, and occupations.
3. Each artisan's profile includes details such as the number of projects they've worked on, chats they've had, ratings, and their profile information.
4. Find the artisan you wish to interact with and click on the chat icon displayed on their widget.
5. Enter a title for your chat to provide context and click on "Start Chat" to initiate the conversation.
6. You'll be directed to a chat interface similar to WhatsApp, where you can communicate with the artisan, ask questions, and discuss your construction-related queries.
